Alpha Pacman

    I have a operating system called Qimo that I run inside a program so I don't have to load it onto my computer. I went through all this effort to put it together because it is designed for kids. I've mentioned this before when I talked of Matix playing that memory game. Well, here's Matix playing a Pacman like game to spell words. This is another one he can play on his own.

Playing with the Roses

I guess playing with Photoshop and GIMP is just turning into a full blown hobby lately. I wanted to take some pictures of my roses that started to bloom and post them here on the blog but I started to chicken out (since it's not that manly, you know). So I pulled up GIMP last night while I was bored and really dove into editing the pictures to give them an antique look through a lomo effect. Here's a few of my finished products after two hours of work.

Antelope Island Part 3 (Last One)

Finally finished working on the last of the pictures I wanted to post. Here are a few from Antelope Island again, and, I was able to sneak one of Carline into the mix too. Enjoy.

Wheeler Farm

I have more pictures of Antelope Island to post but, I got bored of editing them. So, since I found enough interest in putting together the pictures of our trip to Wheeler farm in Murray I decided I might as well post them up for now. We went to Wheeler farm with Carline's mom, her sister Suzie and her three kids Garret, Gage, and Kaya. Matix really loves spending time with his cousins and had a blast. Enjoy the pictures and expect one more post of Antelope Island maybe tomorrow night... maybe not. It all depends on how much my coworker is bothering me.

Use the force... to the fight and take down Josie, the daughter of Carline's boss.

Carline's boss, Jeanette, invited some of her employees over to her new house for the Fourth of July and Matix was in heaven. He was a little apprehensive at first, but, after a little play time downstairs, he came out of his shell and had a great time. The kid is outgoing and rarely shy (unlike his parents) and quickly became friends with Josie who's two years older than him.

Summer Fun

Carline and Matix are always having fun while I'm sleeping of a long night of work. Just kidding, here is Matix out in the backyard playing on his new swing set. Matix always seems to have a look on his face like he's currently playing with the best thing ever... ever.

Hurley

Here's Matix sporting some Hurley clothing to church last week. Mama has him dressin' like an OG in style. Hurleying in Church- I was making an obscure Wayne's World joke reference but now I think I'm the only one laughing.
